• Description:
• The design office must: integrate all the technical comments transmitted by the partners; improve the overall structure of the document and the coherence between the different sections; clarify key messages and reinforce the readability of recommendations; consolidate the analytical positioning of the document, in particular by explaining the limits of the empirical base and ensuring a balance between the different perspectives (institutions, employers and social partners); ensure the compliance of the document with the editorial quality standards of the ILO. The documents to be submitted as part of the submission of the offer are: Technical offer: A methodological note; Understanding of the work to be carried out; Methodological approach; Proposed adjustments or variations; Implementation schedule; Detailed human and material resources; Reference of previous works; Certificates of services rendered and other documents that may support the application; CV of consultant(s)/expert(s) and copy of diplomas.Financial offer: Submission of a detailed offer specifying the fees (j/p) and an estimate of the related costs of the mission (specifying the amount of VAT); Administrative documents (Consulting firm): Profile of the consulting firm and CVs of consultants; Patente/ICE and tax clearance up to date; Reference of diplomas and similar experiences of the consultant(s).
