- The purpose of this project is to support the Office for Vocational Training and the Promotion of Labor (OFPPT) in Morocco in the development of the training offer in the agrifood sector with a focus on the green transition from the sector. This is to have an updated offerAnd more suited to the needs of professionals in the sector with a view to strengthening the competitiveness of businesses, mitigating the effects of climate change and helping them to converge towards a green agro-industry. This global objective is structured around the following objectives: objective1: Develop engineering of new qualifying training as agreed with professionals as part of an anticipation of skills needs for a green transition from Moroccan agro-industry. By developing updated training, in line with the needscurrent and future companies. The training to be developed must be based on new teaching methods reinforcing the autonomy and creativity of learners. Objective 2: ensuring the improvement of trainers by adopting innovative technical-pedagogical approaches applied toAgro-industry sector.Objective 3: Strengthen the technical expertise of OFPPT trainers by certifying them on two ISO key standards to support the green transition of companiesMoroccan.
