Tenders are invited for Realization of a 225/60 Kv Digital Substation Intended for the Training and Development of the Expertise of Transport Personnel (including Training Services for Trainers on the Equipment Installed ) Electricity Transmission and Distribution Network Development Project. has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) to finance the Transmission and Distribution Network Project , and has intention to use part of this financing to make payments under the Contract for the construction of a 225/60 KV digital substation intended for the training and development of the expertise of Transport personnel (including training services for trainers on the equipment installed . ONEE-BE is soliciting closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required for the construction of a 225/60 KV digital substation intended for the training and development of the expertise of Transport personnel. This project consists in the realization of a digital VHT/HT station for educational purposes composed mainly of: Starting bay 225 KV, Simple JDB 225 KV, 225/60 KV transformer bay, Simple JDB 60 KV, Starting bay 60 KV, BT digital slices, Numerical control system, Auxiliary Services, Digital training modules and training of trainers,
