- The Treasury department (DTFE) in the Moroccan Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) has developed a website dedicated to public debt with an external service provider. This site is aimed at both institutional investors and the general public and in order to popularize concepts related to debt and to provide its users with exhaustive data on public debt that is regularly updated. A first version of the site was developed between 2020 and 2022 according to the graphic charter of the MEF with support from JCAP. In order to adapt the content of the current website in light of the new needs of the Ministry, to align it with the most recent technologies, to offer an interface that is easier to use for users and to include animated videos (‘capsule-) to popularize concepts related to debt, the use of a specialized provider is necessary.
