- The ILO requires the services of a research office to develop a map of skills needs in Europe and Morocco in the Tourism-Hospitality and Catering sector. This involves producing a comparative and prospective analysis of needs in professions and skills in the Tourism-Hospitality - Catering sector in the main European partner countries (France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal) and in Morocco, in order to contribute to supplying:1. the operational implementation of the EU-Morocco Talent Partnership,2. the FNT Tourisme roadmap,3. the adjustment of national training, certification and professional mobility policies in a specific way, the study aims to: Anticipate prospectively the developments in professions and skills in the tourism sectors (hotels and restaurants), taking into account the trends of the main destination countries within the framework of the talent partnerships between the EU and Morocco and in the light of sectoral transformations (digitalization, green transition, upscaling of service, quality standards, new customer expectations). Analyze sectoral demand for skills, recruitment practices and working conditions in the countries of destination and in Morocco and, by integrating an assessment of diversified forms of employment (seasonal, atypical work, subcontracting, platforms).
