Tenders are invited for Mapping of Government Social Payment Streams and Roadmap for Their Digitalization in Morocco The World Bank intends to undertake a mapping of social transfers in Morocco.This study will focus on social programs; as one of the main government payments flows to be digitized. The goal is to identify the design principles; infrastructure and organizational requirements; technical specifications; and business models to facilitate the transition to digital government payments. The study should also develop a sequence of 3-5 key steps and investments needed to build the preferred architecture; while offering best practice examples to support the solution; with a view to reuse for the digitization of future flows.
