• Request for proposal are invited for The Regional Directorate of Ain Sebaa-Hay Mohammadi of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports hereby announces a call for proposals for associations working in the field of early childhood education, whose main objective is to improve education and training, including early childhood education, to submit project proposals for the management of early childhood classrooms in public educational institutions for the 2024-2025 school year, as follows: Eligibility: Associations applying for bids must: Be in good legal standing. Have objectives and statutes consistent with the areas and priorities of the call for proposals to support early childhood education. The association's capacity to ensure project continuity and human, material and financial resources. The association's ability to contribute to the financing of the project management. The association's experience in carrying out similar projects during the past two years. Proposal File: The application for the request for support must include the following documents: A project support request addressed to the Regional Director of Ain Sebaa-Hay Mohammadi. The legal file of the association in five (15) copies, certified compliant with the original, including the final publication receipt, the association's bylaws, a list of members of the board of directors, and the minutes of the last general assembly for the renewal of the board of directors. A copy of the decree by which the public benefit status was granted for associations with public benefit status. A copy of the national identity card certified by the legal representative for the Moroccan national and a copy of the residence card certified compliant with the original for the foreign resident residing in Morocco. A bank certificate identifying the association's account dedicated to the project, supported by a document signed by the president and the association's treasurer specifying the signatory capacity of the signatories within the board of directors according to the association's bylaws. An identification sheet concerning the association according to the model attached to the call for proposals file. A project sheet according to the model attached to the call for proposals file. The project's budget estimate with the association's stamp and signed by the legal representative. A copy of the minutes of the meeting of the board of directors deciding to submit the request for support, signed by the attending members. A copy of any partnership agreements concluded by the association in the field of early childhood education or in the field of education and training (if available). A financial report certified by an auditor for the last two financial years (for associations that have been in existence for more than two years). Selection Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: The quality of the submitted project. The association's experience in the field of early childhood education. The association's financial capacity. How to Submit Proposals: Associations can obtain the call for proposals file directly from the headquarters of the Legal Affairs and Communication and Partnership Division of the Regional Directorate of Ain Sebaa-Hay Mohammadi or download it from the portal of the partnership with civil society on the official website of the Regional Directorate of Ain Sebaa-Hay Mohammadi of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports. Proposals must be submitted complete with all the documents requested in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the association and stamped by the association's president, with the عبارت "طلب دعم مشروع التعليم الأولي" (Expression of Support for Early Childhood Education Project) written on it, based on the announcement for the call for proposals to support association projects in the field of early childhood education for the 2024-2025 school year No. 24/01, to the registry office of the Regional Directorate of Ain Sebaa-Hay Mohammadi no later than July 12, 2024, at 4:30 PM. Any application file that is incomplete or received after the deadline will be considered rejected.
