- This study is part of ILO's dynamics of intervention in Morocco and North Africa, and in particular the following projects: Thamm project for a global approach to the governance of migration and mobility of workforce in North Africa (Thamm) (towards a holistic approach The governance of the migration of the workforce and the mobility of the workforce in North Africa) (2019-2023) funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the ILO in collaboration with other national and international institutions.
