Description:
The documents to be submitted as part of the submission of the offer are: Administrative documents Profiles / CV of the consultant; For firms/design offices: Profile of the consultancy firm and CV of the consultant; Patent / ICE and up-to-date tax clearance. References to the diplomas and similar experiences of the consultant. Technical offer A technical note (methodology, work plan, calendar, profiles of the participants): Understanding of the work to be carried out; Detailed methodological proposal of technical specifications; Calendar specifying the dates for presentation of deliverables; Detailed human and material resources; References of relevant previous work: Certificates of services rendered and others titles that can support the candidacy; Consultant CVs and copies of diplomas. Financial offer: Submission of a detailed offer specifying: fees (d/p): daily rate and number of days; the expected services (Design and platform development, Digitalization and content integration, Training and technical support, Initial maintenance). Proposals must be sent to the following address before April 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Rabat time) thamm@ilo.org
