Description:
The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an outdoor employee. You will find below a summary of the work to be done:- The service provider will have to undertake the following tasks as part of the implementation of the pilot survey (EMO): designate A point of contact to ensure the connection with the ILO and the HCP on the questions of administrative, logistics and accountability coordination; solving the logistical and administrative problems which may occur during the execution of the field survey and propose solutions In real time; maintain regular communication with the ILO and the HCP on the state of progress of the project and the administration of the funds; open a bank account dedicated to the project and transmit its contact details to the ILO to allow the transfer of funds; According to a pre -established schedule, in coordination with HCP; pay the compensation to the actors involved in the survey, according to the terms agreed with the ILO and the HCP; collaborate with the HCP to define the logistical and budgetary needs linked to the project; provide the ILO follow -up reports and financiers, intermediaries and finals, detailing the use of funds; working with HCP in the development of the calendar of communication and user consultation activities; ensuring logistics and reporting of these activities; participate in meetings with the ILO and the H...
